News from BOLD Justice: The Jobs Committee met again with Commissioner Holness on August 26.  The public hearing to present the Jobs Ordinance will be on October 22 @ 10:00am and the actual vote will be on November 12 @ 10:00am.  All meetings are to be held at the County Commission Chambers on Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. There is ample parking at the location.  We will need everyone from the Church who is free during the day to attend these meetings, especially the November meeting.  We will all come dressed in a red blouse or tee shirt and sit together to show our support for Commissioner Holness and the ordinance.  It is essential that we have a large group representation from all of our churches to support this effort.  If you are free to go, please let either Pastor or Donna know.
