Welcome, during the worship service we encourage you to put your phone on silence or, better yet, turn it all the way off. For 2000 years the church of Jesus Christ has grown as its members meditated in the quiet parts as well as during the singing and speaking times, and worshippers are blessed. Please be in the moment and enjoy this sacred time away from all that calls us during the rest of the week.

The trustees thank the congregation for their support of the renovation project where we together completed installation of new impact windows in the sanctuary, painting the sanctuary, repair of doors, overhang beam & painting around outside walkways. The parking lot was paved, rest rooms freshened up, LED lighting, new downspouts, and kitchen tiles installed. We put in more drainage & had built the south entrance ramp and made repairs to parsonage. Thank you as we continue to pay down the loan we had to take to accomplish all this and more.

BOLD Justice (Broward Organized Leaders Doing Justice) is working on continued support for nursing homes “Operation Spot-check” and that each home would have a working generator in case the power grid goes down. We continue to advocate for more officers to be given Crisis Intervention Training so that they will be better prepared to help the mentally ill offenders with better solutions. We advocate for fewer youth and adult arrests when other actions can be taken, for example, civil citations. Please put on your calendar the dates for 2020: March 3 Rally, April 2 Nehemiah Action, May 19 Celebration

Welcome to all visitors. You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you. We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back-parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.
