Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN -BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.

If you know any person currently undergoing chemotherapy there is a cleaning service that provides free housecleaning once per month while they are in treatment. All they have to do is sign up and have their doctor fax a note confirming the treatment. “Cleaning for a Reason” will have a participating maid service in their zip code area arrange for the service. This organization serves the entire USA and currently has 547 partners to help these persons. Be a blessing to someone and pass this info along:

UMW planned Christmas party for Thursday, December 16, 2010 conflicts with MUMPS Christmas Celebrations occurring on 12/16/10 and 12/17/10. UMW celebration will therefore be off campus in the form of a dinner at the Asian Cuisine Restaurant located at the Northeast corner of Pembroke and Flamingo Road. Please call Val (954.394.0694) or Jeannie (954 558 8940) by December 12 re attendance ASAP as we have to make the reservations.

Please donate a few toys to our Annual MUMPS Toy Drive.  Help us to put smiles on the faces of our preschool children.  Also, please support our book fair by buying or donating a few books.  The Book Fair is December 6-10 and will be open for Church members on Sunday, December 12. Ideal for Christmas gifts!

Pastor David continues the Alpha Course on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. created for those who would like to explore the meaning of the Christian faith.  Especially good for adults thinking of joining the church but it is open to everyone. The Alpha, held all over the world, covers these topics: What Does the Holy Spirit Do? How Can I Be Filled With the Spirit? How Can I Resist Evil? Why and How Should We Tell Others? Does God Heal Today? What About the Church? How Can I Make the Most of the Rest of My Life?

Our “Home Grown” Christmas concert is right around the corner! If you are planning to perform, say a poem, do a skit, etc., please tell Fay Harley, Donna Simms or Pastor David today! We want really outstanding event. Thanks!

Please remember you can dedicate bulletins to the memory or honor of a loved one for a minimum contribution of only $10.
