Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

News From BOLD Justice: A new season of doing justice begins now. One of our team leaders listed below will call you to attend a house meeting. BOLD Justice continues to support placing the Direct Instruction reading program into our elementary schools and passing a local job ordinance with the preference for Broward County residents to be hired for jobs our local government contracts for. Our team leaders are: Roland Abel, Joyce Hemmans, Jean Grossman, Gwen Pickering, Jesseline Humphreys and Donna Simms. Help BOLD Justice continue to do social justice by answering the call.

Prayer Concerns: Greta Jarrett and Laura Hodge in hospital, Lucy Ayayee, Melba Smith on the loss of her brother Nelson, George for pancreatic cancer & Louise for Alaheimer’s, Pat & Amber, Don & Ann & family, friends in churches we grew up in: Arnold Road, Beechonton, and others. Douglas family as they celebrate their nephew’s life, thanks for George Watkins who welcomed people to this church especially Shirley & family, for Diane, for Sophia loved by this church before she was born, Kimberly and others after their first week teaching, Jack, George Walker for vacation, Commissioner Messam and the exciting things happening in the City of Miramar, for the hundreds who have worked hard and sacrificed to make this church a living place of worship to God, for our service that begins when we leave worship time, for Jesseline’s grandchildren as they travel to England, for Esther’s eyes to heal, for Adam as he is re-deployed to Afghanistan, for Audley’s “church in the wildwood” to continue in strength, for Doris McDowell who introduced Fay to the church, for the youth group on Friday, for Veda & Jane who have been coming for a long time, A.J. as he goes for a procedure, rejoicing that Randy got job -- but in Arizona, for football victories, Patricia with stroke, praise for Grace’s grandmother doing well, for Yvonne whose stroke was prevented, praise for Judith’s brother healing, Christians in the turmoil in Egypt, Sharon loves the church for the acceptance of new ideas, Dalia with transition questions, Allison rejoicing in 16 years here that we might continue to be guided and blessed, for Eula positive about coming to worship through lumps and bumps, for Syd & Phyllis & Gladys for healing, Cornell & Floyd healing, the people of Syria, those effected by fire in California and other states, for world peace, for Jonathan, Andre, Nancy, June, Dorothy, Devonne, the lonely, sick, sorrowing, Sara & Barbara, Daisy & family, Youth in the City of Miramar.
