Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors.

The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN -BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.

 

Here’s the lowdown on the hoedown: Saturday September 10, everyone is invited to bring a snack to share for a fun night of dancing, laughter and great family fun! Beverages provided.

 

Please speak to Geoff McCorkle if you would like to join the new IT Worship Team. We may want to use Media Shout or similar software and your ideas may help us with design of worship services, new ideas for the production, and helping with the presentation on Sunday morning. The IT Worship Team will start meeting in September. Call Geoff at 954-793-8821.

 

Prayer Concerns: Families of Jean Garnes and Tony Easy as we celebrate their lives, Pat Mark as she heals, Don Lopez in hospital and his new friend Richard, Dan Barrett having CT scan, Jeannie as she looks for work, those in the path of the hurricane, Rory and Tracey, Faustina and Marion and Edie undergoing chemo, Randy with several problems, Fritzroy traveling to Wisconsin, Nathaniel as he starts kindergarten and his mother, Rebecca with colon cancer, Michelle joyful that the first week of school went so well, Laura Jones recovering after surgery, Ruby Miller, Florrette as she travels to NY, Shirley delighted with God's help in getting worker's comp for future treatment, for her Mom having surgery Wednesday and those traveling to St. Lucia, Stanford Jackson, Laura is thankful for the privilege to eat from God's hand, Kim Russell as she goes for surgery, praise for Jack Etzler doing so well, for Cosmo as he enters hospice, Melonnie as she travels to Jamaica to see her son, for Clovis as she gets surgery on Tuesday, thanks for all the UMW leaders and participants, for Kathy's cousin and her friend's sister with health concerns.
