Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

 

The Preschoool Toy Drive begins today. We would greatly appreciate unwrapped toys for children ages 1 year to 5 years. Our after schoolers range from 6 to 10 years old. We look forward to your usual support.

Prayer Concerns: For Randy to do well in his job interview, praise for Jonathan coming home safely, for Bettyanne to continue to heal well, for Dorothy’s coworker Joyce battling bone cancer, for Ray’s mother with dementia and broken hip, for all veterans of the armed services, for Ray battling prostate cancer, for Aloma’s son LaShawn coming home soon from Afghanistan, for James’ family at his passing, for an ending to football season and a beginning of soccer season, for never being too old to enjoy the children’s time, praise for Jeannie’s procedure going well, for Peter Sotolongo’s family, for the leaders and soon to be leaders of this country to govern with conciliation, for everyone to be willing to pray for this country that we might be as committed to pray for and build up this church with our pledging of support, thanks for the joy in the harvest banquet, for Marcia with breast cancer and Andrea who needs healing, for the families missing loved service members lost in war like Jane’s nephew Rich, for the Samuels family going through a lot, for Vilma as she travels to California, for teenagers going on to adulthood and needing to learn not to carry guns onto campuses, for Nelson Bacquie Smith as he recovers from surgery, for Daisy’s ankle feeling better and getting good test results, for those listening to the message of how we need to work together in the church to put on things like the harvest banquet and other ministries, for the family of Lana Brown’s cousin Michelle Miller who passed this week.
