Today: Birthday Recognition Fellowship Breakfast in between services. All those born in May should sit at the top table. The United Methodist Men meet after the second service to practice their song for Mother’s Day and to have their monthly meeting. Annual Conference Orientation for district clergy and lay member in our hall from 3:00 to 4:30, NO Youth group. Prayer meeting 6:00

Monday: Admin Council 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Vacation Bible School Helpers meeting 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Bible study 7:00 p.m.

Thursday: Choir 7:00 p.m.

Next Sunday: Worship services at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Mother’s Day, a gift for all women will be presented. No youth group.

tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

Norland UMC invites us to their Mother’s Day luncheon, Saturday May 13 at noon, tickets $20.We are also invited to their Anniversary Revival May 17-19 at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Stanley M. Jacobs, Sr., and their 62nd Anniversary Service on Sunday May 21 at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Simon Osunlana, theme: “There is power in the blood” More information can be found on bulletin board.
