Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors.
The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.
 
For our Lenten Wednesday Night Bible studies we are going to explore Adam Hamilton’s “Final Words From the Cross.” March 26 “Behold your son…behold your mother” April 2 “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me” April 9 “I thirst” Lent is a great time to revive your Bible study practice!
 
The family of the Late Nora Howell (Aunt Cynth) wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the words of comfort, cards and gifts given by the congregation during our time of loss of our beloved Aunt. We love you all!
 
Prayer Concerns: Greta Jarrett, those looking for spiritual guidance to find some in the movie “Son of God,” Jeannie and A.J. as he looks for work and they deal with finances, to encourage everyone to reuse, reduce and recycle and care for the environment, for all women and homemakers, Laura’s family, plane disappearance victims, for the two families close to Pastor Garnes who suffered bereavements, Iris Lake recovering at home, for the safety of spring breakers, for Farlon and others taking exams, for children in need of guidance especially those in court system, for Donya as she has her baby, for young woman so depressed, Chad lifting up his mother especially as she travels to Jamaica, for caretakers of parents with dementia, thanks for all the support for all those traveling for Nora’s funeral in Jamaica, for the support the Douglas family felt in their time of bereavement, Marvin Kingsley in hospital. Ina and family for strength, Christians in areas of upheaval, those having chemo, for great thyroid scan results, Johnny C. with sickle cell, Martell with cancer, the one in coma, family problems. Grace and family, Barbara, Lennox, Mabel.
