Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN -BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.

 

St. Patrick’s Day Pot Luck Dinner is cancelled.

 

The Preschool will be having a Carwash on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in an effort to raise funds to help defray the cost of remodeling the large playground. The Preschool would highly appreciate your support in this venture. Please bring your vehicles and have them lovingly cleaned! We will charge you the very reasonable price of $8 for the exterior and $12 for both interior and exterior. We need your support. Please come out and help us raise some funds.

This year for Lent we are starting something new! The Soup Group will meet for a Bread and Broth Bible study each week at 7 p.m. The bread will be the rolls we eat but also the Word of God that we will study. The Broth will be different popular soups: March 16 Mannish Water, March 23 Pea Soup, March 30 Pepperpot Soup, April 6 Chicken Soup, April 13 Grouper Head Soup. There will even be something for vegetarians! Everyone is welcome to join in the Soup Group and study for the Word of God.

 

VBS takes place June 13-17 this year. The theme is “Island Odyssey”. Registration fee is $10 per child and includes a hot lunch. We will need volunteers to teach and work in the kitchen. We also need donations for craft and food items. More information will be forthcoming.
