Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors.

Please note the brochures for the trip to the Holy Land, Feb. 27 to March 8, 2013 are available on the back table. If you are interested in going please pick one up and talk to Pastor David.

 

Amnesty for chairs! If you know where any of the metal folding chairs are that belong in the Fellowship Hall please bring them back to the church as soon as possible. When we have events like the Memorial Day picnic we run short and need every chair. Thank you.

 

"Ways to Work" Car loans, is a new program launched recently in Broward county sponsored by our District United Methodist South Florida Urban Ministries and the Urban League (www.sflum.org). Please see the bulletin boards or talk to Pastor David (who attended) if you would like to know more about how to get one of these loans to improve your transportation situation!

 

Joys and Concerns: Edie Range for new chemo to work, for those in hospital Mary Jane Edwards, Loretta Parris, Stan Barnett, Loraine Duval Jennings, for Lefty with bursitis, for Keisha Hodge returning to south Florida, for Flori's co-workers surgery, for Sebastian as he joins the Air Force, for all the children on holidays so that they will spend their time productively, for the reminder from Jamaica to the world that "out of many, one people" should be our motto and to pray for peace and especially for all soldiers in the military, joy that the Miami Heat are in the finals, for Flo on her birthday, for Esther to see better, for the people of Anguilla to get a better water supply, for John and James and Laura to find healing, for those who have cancer in countries without good support, for Kevin as he begins his new journey in a drafting program and that all of us may continue to be a loving church, joy for Angie and Tony and his brothers who have done so well on tests and are on honor roll, Melba thanks for warm fellowship experienced here, for Cynthia's appointment that she will not be denied again, for Michael's family only a mile away from Nigeria air crash and for its victims, for Olga's patient Harriet whose young daughter died suddenly that she might find support, for Adam Ramsey's protection on the battlefield and for those who have experienced close calls, for Arlington with chest pain, for Ana Lillian's father with cancer, Karen praises God that she has present her cousins from St. Vincent.
