Wednesday to Saturday Feb. 1-4 Lifetouch Photo Directory pictures being taken

Feb. 1-4 are the dates to have your picture taken for the new photo directory through Lifetouch. Sign up at the table in the foyer on Sundays January 8, 15, 22, 29. Those who have their photo taken will get a photo directory and a free 8 by 10-inch photo but you may like to order more for sharing. If you bring a small bag of food to share with the needy you will get $5 off your purchase price. Please spend the 30 minutes it will take to come on one of the days and help create a beautiful book which will help build a stronger community of faith.

Youth Fellowship for Middle and High School students will continue on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. starting today, Children’s Club for Elementary School students will be held on alternate Fridays which started January 6. Next meeting is January 20

Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and

tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors.

The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

Prayer concerns from Watchnight: Sally Wolfer in hospice, Bat Williams and Barbara Tummings joyful for retiring on Thursday and looking forward to what God has in store for them next, Kim Russell celebrating her “Chosen but Not Forgotten” charity being able to do so much and glad for the way God has blessed her through giving, Willard Kennedy thankful for the grace and mercy he experienced the last 365 days and looking forward to seeing us all for the next 52 Sundays, Erlinda thankful for this time of recovery from knee surgery and being able to be supported by her daughter, Audley Codner looking forward to retirement someday and reminding us to “fasten our seat belts” with God for the year ahead, Spencer Ahrendts happy to be with us and thankful for Mother’s new job & car and looking forward to the wisdom in the future, improved health for Lorna, Freddie, Bertie, Alvin, Vilma, Maud, Laura—for less turmoil, that the New Year may be prosperous and have plenty of love.
