Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors.
The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.
 
If you are interested in joining the Praise & Worship Team as a song leader or to play an instrument, please come Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for rehearsal and talk to Donna.
 
Alvin Hewitt passed on to glory on Jan. 30 surrounded by his family. They wish to invite everyone to a visitation on Sunday, Feb. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Boyd Panciera Funeral Home, 6400 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood 33024, 954 983 6400 (right beside the turnpike) which will be followed at about 4:30 p.m. by a Repast at Nautica Club House, 3691 SW 164th Ave., Mir. 33027 (if you need directions you may call daughter Jackie at 954 243 5366). The funeral service will be Monday Feb. 10 at 11 a.m. (preceded by a visitation) at Miramar United Methodist Church, 2507 Utopia Drive, Miramar, 954 989 4711. Alvin’s final resting place will be in Menorah Gardens & Funeral Chapel, 21100 West Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, 33332 directly after the service. All are invited back to his home for a repast afterwards at 12466 SW 47th Street, Miramar 33027 (Silver Lakes).

Justice Ministry Announcement: The BOLD Justice Committee is asking you to save February 11 & 25 to attend the Broward County Commission meeting. The insert in your bulletin has all the details. Please take it home with you as a reminder.
Also, on the back table there is a new BOLD Justice letter to be taken to the Broward County commissioners. Please take a few minutes to sign a copy and give it to the Bold Justice member waiting at the door. Your signature helps to promote the hiring of Broward County residents. We appreciate your support.
