Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. Also the church has a wheelchair located in the back of the sanctuary for anyone who wishes to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.

It's time to start thinking about joining a Celebrate Jesus Mission Team! Just like we had 8 visitors last summer you can help out in the North East District, (around Jacksonville) this July 25 to August 1. Please see Pastor David for more info and application forms.

The United Methodist Children’s Home needs your help:
Do you know a married couple in your church who might be interested in exploring the unique opportunity of serving as house parents at the Children's Home?  We are always looking for couples who feel called to be in ministry together and make a real and lasting impact in the lives of children and youth.  If you have questions, or would like more information, please email our Director of Human Resources at jobs@fumch.org.  The following is part of the official job posting for the position.
"This position is for a married couple only.  The primary role of the Residential Child Care Specialists / House parents (RCCS) is to oversee the day-to-day care and supervision of the children assigned to their cottage.  The Residential Child Care Specialists / House parents are responsible for monitoring all the aspects of daily cottage life and is, in essence, the primary caring person for the child/youth during his/her stay at the Florida United Methodist Children's Home.  The House parents will be a couple bound in the traditional legal relationship of marriage.  We are looking for couples with moral character, who are strongly committed to making a significant contribution to young people."

The World Day of Prayer will be held in Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church,
2801 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines on Saturday, March 7, starting with a business meeting and continental breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and the program starting at 10:00 a.m.
A poster is on the bulletin board by the water fountain.

Thanks for all who have contributed to our food pantry. Please remember to look out for those in need and invite them to come in to receive some food.

Thanks to all who donated empty prescription bottles for the UMW to send to Haiti. That project is finished for now. Please do not bring any more to the church.

Each summer, the camp hires two nurses each week to serve in ministry to the campers, team members, and adult volunteers. The camp is looking for individuals who are licensed as RN's or LPN's that would be interested in serving for one or several weeks during the summer. Speak to the Pastor for more information.

Upper Room Devotional Guides and Pockets are available in the back of the church.
