Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN -BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.


The BOLD Justice Community Problems Assembly on Oct. 27 will take place at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 2000 SR 7, Miramar 33023, registration 6:45, call to order 7:30 p.m. We will be voting to address this year, one of following issues: Voting Suppression, Immigrant Concerns, Crime & Security, Jobs/unemployment, along with our continuing issue of addressing low reading scores/low graduation rates in schools.


The Travelling Bassinet is here on its annual stop for us to fill with clothes and related items for new-born babies.


The UMW asks that you support the ‘Yes We Can’ Gospel Concert in support of cancer patients, at Cooper City Church of God, Oct. 21at 7:30 p.m. Please call Gilda at 954-432-0606 for further information.

Volunteers needed for the next six weeks to help clean the church, hall and offices since our custodian is recovering from his fall. If you can help for a few hours on Monday or Saturday (or any day in between) please speak to the Trustees chair, Shirley Gregg-Leonce, or Johnnie, or Pastor David.


Prayer Concerns: Martha's and Vivian's surgeries, for Jack as he travels, for Pepe whose leg was broken by hit and run driver, for Lena with leg problems, for Randy and Jeannie to find jobs, for Joshua Davey, family of Ina, to be safe and to love God and find a happy end, thanks from Cherry that biopsy showed things were not as bad as they might be, for Andre as he interviews for internship, for Chauncy, Melba thanking God for steadfastness and guidance and care, for Millicent as she has buried her father and for the family of her cousin who passed, for Eula and Andrew's injuries to heal, for Esther's eye to heal and vision improve, for Ruby to not be so shaky, for Audrey who has started nursery business, for birthdays, for Roy as he goes for test to kidneys, Shama is thanking God and Marvia for help getting job and car, for the family of Johnnie's aunt Inez who passed, for Lars and Nathan, for Rene to find an internship, for Myrtle's nephew's family after death and to get counseling, for Angie's mother having baby and going to ER, for all our young people to continue in zeal in work and worship, for tonight's revival speaker Todd and all the Timothys of the world, for Marjorie the patient who asked to be remembered in prayer, for the family of Gladys Gray who passed.
