Welcome to all visitors. You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you. We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. Also the church has a wheelchair located in the back of the sanctuary for anyone who wishes to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing. LARGE PRINT HYMN BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USHERS.
The November/December Upper Room and Pockets devotional magazines are now available. Suggested contribution is $1.00.
Students needing community service hours should get the forms from their school so that their work may be credited to them for helping on December 12 at the Community Health Fair. For more information contact Jennifer Turnbull at 954-684-5843.
Some of the food contributed today will go to the food pantry. Please bring canned goods any time for the food pantry, so that weekly those who need it most may receive something from us.
Salty Service cards are in your pew pockets. If you have done at least one hour of service this week please take one out and place it in the offering bag. This can be within or without the church, any time you help someone else.
Remember, the Traveling Bassinet is still here! So you still have an opportunity to bring supplies throughout the month of November. For more info. about the program go to www.hmhbbroward.org or call 954 765 0550.
Also, all are invited to carry invitations to our church, and to our special events like the upcoming Community Health Fair in December. Do this in your neighborhood by encouraging those you know best, indeed, those who know you best, to join us for worship, mission and the justice ministries we are about.
