Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

The Preschool clothing and shoe drive ends June 30. If you have items you intend to drop in the boxes, please bring them soon. Thanks for your contributions.


Amnesty for chairs! If you know of the whereabouts of any of the metal folding chairs from the Fellowship Hall please return them to the church as soon as possible. When we have events like the Memorial Day picnic we run short and need every chair. Thank you.


"Ways to Work" Car loans, is a new program launched recently in Broward county sponsored by our District United Methodist South Florida Urban Ministries and the Urban League (www.sflum.org). Please see the bulletin boards or talk to Pastor David (who attended) if you would like to know more about how to get one of these loans to improve your transportation situation!


Joys and Concerns: Kevin Ramsey as he takes kids to summer camp, Adam in Afghanistan, for the family of Cpl. Taylor Baune, those injured and all the members of Charley Company, for those for whom Father’s Day is tough, for Christopher, Michelle, Matthew, David, Joel Howell as they move to Georgia, for Liezette’s friend with a deaf one year old--praise God for social services, for Carla’s friend at lunch so that her 14 year old daughter will stop being sexually active, for Mary Jane Edwards now in rehab at Memorial Manor for her knee, for Amber and Pat as they travel to orientation, Marcia thanking God for church family and how we can dial up God in prayer, for the Miami Heat in their playoffs, for Marvia and Sophia’s joy in adopting Lauren and David, for Florrette and her granddaughter Jasmine, for Nick as he goes to Jamaica, for Audley and his co-workers as they experience a tough time in their workplace, for John who has come under the influence of drugs and other bad things, for Lorna’s husband Llewellyn as he recovers at home.
