Welcome to all visitors.  You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you.  We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you as our guest during and after the service.
Please note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back parking lot through the double doors. Also the church has a wheelchair located in the back of the sanctuary for anyone who wishes to assist a person coming to a meeting.  Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.

Many thanks to all who contributed to Dec. 2’s Christmas Concert, the amount collected as of last Sunday is $1951.00

Our local Suntrust Bank is offering our pre school a donation of $100 for every new account opened. Indicate you are from the church, when you go.

Please remember to purchase the neckties from Shalom Community church which go to support the Haiti Children’s Feeding Program.

Beautiful Miramar UMC Christmas cards, featuring a picture of the church on the front, are available for a small contribution.

Please keep in your prayers the former pastor here, the Rev. Denzil Southwood-Smith. He has had two strokes and has been moved from his home in Key West to the Health South Rehabilitation Hospital on 4399 Nob Hill Road (at the junction of NW 44th Street) in Sunrise. If you are going to visit him please try to go after 5:30 p.m. when he is finished with his therapy.

For safety purposes, please, DO NOT allow children under the age of six to leave the sanctuary unsupervised.                              Board of Trustees
