BOLD Justice (Broward Organized Leaders Doing Justice) is working on continued support for nursing homes “Operation Spotcheck” and that each home would have a working generator in case the power grid goes down. We continue to advocate for more officers to be given Crisis Intervention Training so that they will be better prepared to help the mentally ill offenders with better solutions. We advocate for fewer youth and adult arrests when other actions can be taken, for example, civil citations. Please put on your calendar the dates for 2020: March 3 Rally, April 2 Nehemiah Action, May 19 Celebration.

The Pre School invites you to place new toys for ages 2 to 5 in the red box in the foyer so that each child can receive a gift from the church. Any extra toys given will go to children in A.C. Perry elementary and middle school.

Dear congregation, you can make donations to the church through the Vanco electronic giving system. This allows for regular giving to take place according to your preferences. You can set up your giving profile or have the church office help you to do so. Please consider this method of giving.

Welcome to all visitors. You are invited to stand during the service and introduce yourself, or to have someone else introduce you. We want to give you one of our welcome packs and therefore encourage you to fill out the card and tear off the badge, write your name on it and wear it so that we can greet you during and after the service. Note that there is a wheelchair entrance from the back-parking lot through the double doors. The church has a wheelchair in the back of the sanctuary for anyone wishing to assist a person coming to a meeting. Rest rooms for the disabled are available in the Preschool wing.
